Training earns a place at the executive table when it improves employees’ performance and contributes to better business results. It is ignored if it fails to deliver meaningful performance gains.

In this entertaining and interactive presentation, you will learn the best practices of learning organizations that routinely deliver high impact training, that have moved from “order taker” to true strategic partner.

We will introduce the Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning and illustrate them with examples from the just-released second edition of the bestselling book by that name.  There will be ample time for discussions and sharing among members.

This is one session you cannot afford to miss.
